The people there drove these funny motorized carts... you steer with the wheel in the front and stand on the back. (This guy is facing backwards, I think he was backing up at the time.) They go super fast so you have to watch out and not get hit. :)
I am shooping today and I still find it funny how much catfish goes for here. The tilapia is regularly priced cheaper and with this sale...WOW.
